Startup Threatened Into Settling Over Hyperlinking

"A tiny startup that was threatened by a massive law firm over nothing more than a humble hyperlink has been forced to settle and change its linking policies, handing Goliath the win in this gratuitous trademark case. Under the agreement, real estate startup BlockShopper can no longer include hyperlinks anywhere on its website to Jones Day, a massive Chicago law firm, except explicitly on URL text. Essentially, jonesday.com is okay, but not blah blah blah."

Wacom Bamboo Fun on OpenSuse 11 Linux

A few days ago I bought a Wacom Bamboo Fun. I plugged it into my Dell 1720 running OpenSUSE 11 and at first it looked like it worked out of the box but after some usage it was clear that I was limited to how I can use it with graphic aps.

Importing Firefox books marks from Windows (Vista) to Linux (OpenSUSE 11)

Along with my Thunderbird experiment I also needed to import my Firefox bookmarks om my Vista partition to my OpenSUSE 11 partition. The Easiest way I found to accomplish this was to grab and transfer over to my linux partition the bookmarks.html file from c:/users/[User Name]/AppData/Roaming/Mozilla/Firefox/Profiles/[Random Numbers/Letters].default.

Thunderbird - Vista to OpenSUSE 11 (linux) mail transfer.

I'm finally decided to make 95% switch to Linux (OpenSUSE) from windows. I needed to import my mail from Thunderbird.
Well the easiest way I got this done was to copy my C:\Users\[User Name]\AppData\Roaming\Thunderbird\Profiles\#####.default folder and all of its files to /home/[User Name]/.thunderbird/ and I selected to override all files.

I opened up Thunderbird and all of my emails, attachments and preferences where imported althought I haven't tested my filters yet.. So far I haven't noticed anything wrong.
